At Dragon packaging Ltd we work with our customers to enable them to achieve their sustainability goals by producing fully recyclable products made from recycled material. We predominantly manufacture our packaging in rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) that has a minimum of 70% recycled content.

All of our post-industrial waste is returned to our suppliers for recycling, promoting a closed loop environment.

Through our manufacturing knowledge our tooling is designed to produce trays with maximum strength therefore allowing us to use the minimum material thicknesses during our process, reducing product costs and lessening the impact on both packaging waste and the environment.

Where we can we source our materials and services from within the UK, supporting British supply chains.

In line with the Welsh Governments drive to reduce GHG emissions to net zero, Dragon Packaging has shown its commitment by separating and recycling all streams of waste, our lighting and machinery is energy efficient, and we limit the need for any paper-based business activities.

We are pleased to announce that from July 2024 we will be using zero carbon energy within our factory.
